Angela Lee is a seasoned, agile and energetic transformational ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), leadership development expert and strategic human capital advisor transforming individuals, organizations and culture. She has experience spanning over 25 years in diverse industries across Asia Pacific and three sectors (private, public and NGO). Ms. Lee has successfully led projects in culture transformation, new leaders’ assimilation and company re-organization.
Currently she is the Founder and Director at A.L Consulting since 2014. Her mission is to create a sustainable future by helping others to enhance their strengths and talents. This includes developing next generation leaders through inspiring, coaching, mentoring and facilitating others on their journey. The objective is to enable them to be successful while being authentic and passionate in who they are and what they do.
