Arthur Chan brings in over 15 years of experience in the Asia markets in the start ups and digital business fields.
He is currently the Founder and CEO of Snowball Limited, focusing on growing startups with operations and capital support that aims to build up the start up ecosystem in bridging GOV, universities, investors, startups and global talents. Arthur is also the current Vice Chairman in iab Hong Kong in leading the non-profit making digital industry association in enhancing digital knowledge and standard in the region. He organized the biggest AI marketing event C23 in Sep, 2023 in the region with 800+ industry leaders participants.
Before Snowball, Arthur joined Vpon in 2016 and worked as COO to develop the company to an Asia grade big data company covering Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan & SEA markets with nearly 200 talents. Vpon has completed its series C funding with USD40M in 2020 supported by Cool Japan Fund, STIC Investments and Beenos. Also being the key driver of the company in launching different data/AI products like Wee (Data Marketplace), AppVois (app market BI tool), InVnity (Generative AI platform) and Vnity ( O2O digital ad platform).
Arthur has a proven track record to develop iClick Interactive Asia (Nasdaq :ICLK) as the Asia leading digital marketing company with proprietary Programmatic Marketing Platform. Started the work in iClick from day 0 (2009) and demonstrated great commitment with the company by leading operations, business development and account management teams. The all-round experience in serving Global Digital Leaders like L’Oreal, Citibank, Bupa, Bloomberg, Air New Zealand, MetLife etc. allowed him to drive the company towards global standard and successfully built-up personal reputation in the industry as an executive leader.
