Atul Goel brings in more than 20 years of global experience in leadership roles across Learning & Development, Sales and Operations. He has worked at Global level while based in Hong Kong, Indonesia, and India. Most recently he was the Global Head of Training at OLX, taking care of 9 countries across LATAM, US, and Asia. There, he also set up the first global learning academy for OLX.
Atul spent 7+ years with AIA where he started as a branch trainer and later became Master Trainer and Head of content team in Premier Agency in India. He was also based at AIA Hong Kong for 2 years where he drove the launch of new brand and revamping L&D programs. At Cigna, being the first training head, he set up the team from scratch and built the learning academy. He also executed a strategic training assignment at Cigna Indonesia. Over 4+ years in Cigna, he undertook numerous strategic initiatives, including launching the Assessment Centre, Development Centre. After Cigna, Atul assumed the role of Regional Director of Distribution Training at Manulife based in Hong Kong. In recent years, he has also worked with Bajaj Allianz in Sales and Operations, and was the Training Head with SBI General Insurance in India.
Currently, Atul is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Transventions Global. He has consulted with numerous global organisations and delivered curated skill based interventions. His hallmarks are high energy and engaging session delivery.
Atul holds an MBA in Marketing & HR and is a Science Graduate. He is also ICF-ACC coach, CPTD from ATD, Certified Hogan and DiSC Assessor, Fellow of LOMA, Certified Financial Planner, and internationally certified Firewalking instructor.
