She has over 20 years of experience working in the C Suite level across Asia Pacific. Previously, Elaine worked with boutique and global retained search firms based in Hong Kong working on country, regional and global mandates in APAC including Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, China, Thailand and Hong Kong. 
 
Elaine holds a BA (Hons) Humanities from Huddersfield University.
