Jannet Cheung is the Founder & Partner of JCMarkinze, based in Hong Kong. She specializes in Insurance, PE/VC and Digital mandates. With over 20 years of Executive Search experience, Jannet brings a wealth of expertise in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors in APAC.
Prior to founding JCMarkinze, Jannet was the Client Partner of a global retained search firm based in Hong Kong originating and executing global mandates in APAC including Japan, UAE, South America and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, she managed the Hong Kong branch of a public listed recruitment company, where she demonstrated her leadership and business transformation skills and established herself as a respected Executive Search leader. Jannet’s impressive Executive Search career in Tokyo and Hong Kong includes pivotal roles in establishing, growing, and running mandates across the Insurance, PE/VC and Digital sectors. Her robust network within these sectors showcases her depth of experience in fulfilling C-suite and senior leadership mandates across the APAC region.
Jannet holds an ALM (Finance) from Harvard University and a BBA (Management of Organizations) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In addition to her native Cantonese, Jannet speaks fluent Mandarin, English and Japanese, and is also proficient in French.
