Michael Ho is the Leadership Coach and Advisor to the Founder & Partner of JCMarkinze, based in Singapore. Michael is a seasoned global C-suite executive with over 30 years of leadership success in FMCG, and financial services industries. He has held leadership positions at major multinationals including Chubb, Prudential, AXA, AIG, and P&G, consistently delivering Growth, Profitability, and Sustainability (GPS) across Asia.
Anchored by a clear mission - to help businesses and their leaders build strong foundations for sustainable growth - Michael has revitalized underperforming operations, spearheaded transformational change, and led one of Asia’s most productive insurance agency forces, numbering over 500,000 agents. As a Certified ICF ACC Coach and Executive Consultant, he works closely with senior executives and teams in different sectors (Financial Services, Technology, SAAS, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, Business Consulting, Manufacturing etc). Michael has been coaching Senior Leaders on leadership and management skills, working with leaders on potential deals, and facilitating business strategy development in different industries and markets. In addition, Michael has been involved in certifying in-house business coaches and upskilling management teams on essential business skills. With his rich multi‑market experience across Asia, as well as his goal to empower leaders and teams to unlock their full potential, align purpose with strategy, and achieve sustainable impact, he is able to connect global vision with local realities.
Michael Ho holds a double MBA from National University of Singapore and UCLA School of Anderson. In addition, he has a BA (Marketing) from Nanyang Technological University. He is fluent in English, and Mandarin.
